1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting parihita.in and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
2. About Parihita
Parihita is an Indian clothing brand selling ethnic clothing, footwear, headwear, and accessories online at parihita.in. The website and the Parihita™ brand are owned and operated by PARIHITA INDUSTRIES (the “Company”), the legal entity responsible for all sales, support, and transactions on parihita.in. The brand is a registered trademark in India (Class 25). All transactions on this website are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on parihita.in are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Our product range includes:
- Kurtas & Kurtis — ₹499 to ₹4,999 INR
- Sarees — ₹999 to ₹12,999 INR
- Dupattas — ₹299 to ₹2,499 INR
- Footwear — ₹599 to ₹3,999 INR
- Headwear & Accessories — ₹199 to ₹1,999 INR
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking, all processed securely in INR via Cashfree Payments. An order confirmation is sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
Parihita reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances: (a) the product is out of stock or no longer available; (b) a pricing or description error was made on the product listing; (c) the order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processor; or (d) the delivery address is unserviceable by our courier partners. In all such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@parihita.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Parihita reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Communications
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your purchases, such as order confirmations and shipping updates. You may separately opt in to receive promotional communications; you can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any marketing email.
7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on parihita.in — including the logo, product images, text, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Parihita and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any content from this website without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limited Licence to Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use parihita.in for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, or modify any part of the website for commercial use, nor to scrape or systematically extract data.
9. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, charges, and our returns and exchange process are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of parihita.in or any purchase made on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us at support@parihita.in before initiating any formal proceedings, as most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
12. Force Majeure
Parihita shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or internet or power outages. In such events, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and resume normal service as soon as practicable.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
