Returns & Refunds Policy

7-day return window · Store credit refunds

1. Return Window

You may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted. Email support@parihita.in with your order number, items to return, and reason.

2. Eligibility

Items must meet all of the following to be eligible:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging intact
  • Not a sale, clearance, or final-sale item
  • Not lingerie or innerwear (non-returnable for hygiene reasons)
  • Not damaged due to customer misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions on inspection.

3. How to Return

  1. Email support@parihita.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item photos.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive a return shipping address. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

4. Refunds — Store Credit Only

All approved refunds are issued as Parihita Store Credit. We do not offer cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method.

  • Store credit is added to your Parihita account and can be used on any future order.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Your balance is visible under My Account → Store Credits.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue full store credit or a replacement at no cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@parihita.in immediately. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — use the returns process instead. Cancellation refunds are issued as store credit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Lingerie and innerwear
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items that have been used, washed, or had tags removed
